Attention Washington County Residents


Ella is a 3 year old beagle who was lost on a hunting trip on November 24, 2007. She was lost in the area of Pine Hill Road and State Route 22 in Hebron. Her owners live in Queens, NY and are looking for help in locating her. Ella is described as being afraid of people but will not bite. She has a collar with the names and numbers of the owners. Please contact us at 518-747-4011 if you have any information regarding Ella. Further, the owners have offered a large reward for Ella's safe return.

Woman leads officers on chase, slams into cruisers







Officers from the Hudson Falls Police Department and Warren County Sheriff's Department survey damage to patrol cars on Pearl Street November 20, 2007, following a low speed pursuit. Animal Rescued from Canal

Rip Van Dam Motel torn down

A large portion of an exterior wall falls during the begining stages of demolition.

Demolition of the west wing of the former Rip Van Dam Motel in Saratoga Springs began Wednesday (11/07/07) The wing was added to the original structure in 1860.
