Hudson Falls firefighters work to extinguish a vehicle fire in front of 33 Juckett Drive Saturday May 31, 2008. The fire was quickly knocked down and a possible electrical problem is being looked at as a possible cause of the fire.

Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s #88 National Guard/AMP Energy Chevrolet was on display at the Aviation Mall, Wednesday May 21, 2008. Dale Jr. is currently third in points this season.

Raven Nest

A mother raven feeds her young in a nest high atop a silo off County Route 46 in Fort Edward. Ravens eat rodents, insects, grain, fruit, bird eggs and refuse. They consume much carrion, especially in winter and will even prey upon sick and injured animals.

The Robin Family

A mother robin looks up before feeding her babies fresh picked earth worms this past Wednesday off Swan Street.

Black Bear Roams the area

A juvenile black bear has been roaming the area for the past few days in search of food. There have been several sightings of the bear throughout Kingsbury and Queensbury. These photos were taken as he roamed around a backyard off County Line Road.

Space Shuttle

A version of the space shuttle is on display at the United States Astronaut Hall of Fame in Titusville, Florida. Hudson Falls Police were in Florida to pick up a wanted prisoner last week.
